QP Fencing & Gates is a growing local fencing company based in Greenfields, servicing Mandurah and the wider Peel region. We install Colorbond and aluminium slat fencing, pedestrian and driveway gates, automated gates, and frameless glass pool fencing. We take pride in doing quality work and treating our crew well.
We're looking for a reliable casual fencing labourer to join our team. If you've swung a post-hole digger, mixed a bit of concrete, or done fencing, landscaping or construction labouring before, we'd like to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting with the installation of Colorbond, slat, and glass pool fencing
- Digging post holes, mixing and pouring concrete, setting posts
- Measuring, cutting and fixing panels, rails and slats
- Helping fit gates and hardware
- Loading, unloading and keeping the ute and work site tidy
- General on-site labouring and supporting the installers
What we're after:
- Some hands-on experience in fencing, landscaping, construction or a similar trade
- A strong work ethic and someone who turns up on time, ready to go
- Reasonable physical fitness — this is active, outdoor work
- A current driver's licence (own transport to get to the yard/site)
- A White Card (Construction Induction) — or willing to get one before starting
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a small crew
Nice to have (not essential):
- Experience with Colorbond, aluminium slat, or glass pool fencing
- White Card already held
- Experience with power tools and basic hand tools
- Own basic PPE (steel caps, hi-vis)
