OFFICE ADMINISTRATORCasual Position | Family Business

We are looking for a reliable, motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our family business, for a minimum of 15 hours a week.

This role will provide general administrative and office support, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the business. We are looking for someone who is confident working independently, has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their work.

About You

The successful applicant will have:

Previous experience in a general office or administration role
Strong computer skills and confidence using office software
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organisational and time-management skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
A reliable, professional and positive attitude
Previous experience with invoicing or accounts is highly regarded

Key Responsibilities

Data entry and maintaining accurate business records
Answering phone calls and managing customer enquiries
Preparing invoices and assisting with accounts receivable
Filing and document management
General office administration and support
Maintaining organised and up-to-date records
Assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the office
Other general administrative duties as required
