Full Job Description

Trades School Australia is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and CRICOS-approved education provider based in Sydney, NSW. We deliver vocational education and training programs focused on the construction and trades industry, supporting both domestic and international students.

As a growing organisation, we are currently seeking a motivated and organised Student Support Officer / Administration Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day student administration and operational activities of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage student enrolments, attendance, records, and administration activities
Maintain accurate student files and compliance documentation
Support domestic and international students throughout their study journey
Assist with onboarding, orientation, and student support services
Monitor student attendance and course progress
Process student variations including deferments, suspensions, cancellations, and transfers where required
Maintain and update student information in systems including Cloudemy(SMS) and PRISMS
Provide general office administration and operational support
Support trainers and assessors with scheduling, student communication, and classroom administration
Assist with maintaining compliance with ASQA, CRICOS, and organisational requirements

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in an RTO, education, training, or administration environment preferred
Experience with student management systems such as Cloudemy or similar is highly desirable
Strong administration and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional presentation and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and online systems
