About the business

Leading coaching school in Melbourne specialised in private school scholarships and selective school entrance test.

Well designed learning materials that are constantly being updated to meet the core requirements of future leaders.

Located at Caulfield and Springvale. Started at the start of year 2017, attracted over 900 students in the South Eastern suburbs.

Comfortable and clean environment to work in, supportive work culture.

About the role

Teacher:

Classroom teaching that emphasises on "Excel through joyful learning".

Materials will be provided, teachers are to produce lesson plans each week and deliver lessons in class.

Constant classroom observation to identify students' strengths and weaknesses.

Minimum commitment of one term (approx. 10 weeks).

Teacher Assistant:

Assist with the daily operations of the school, setting up classrooms, general cleaning etc.

Assist with the marking of students' weekly homework.

Provide individual homework support to students.

Have the opportunity to step up and teach a class.

Skills and experience

Experience in the tutoring industry are highly recommended.

Responsible, committed, and result-driven mindset.

Have the ability to manage a classroom of up to 15 students.

Passionate in teaching and have the ability to provide prompt and clear explanations to students when needed.

Demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each student within a short period of time.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term

Pay: $27.00 – $50.00 per hour
