Production Maker

Help us create dog gear that lasts a lifetime.

Every product is handmade right here in Perth, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in creating quality products, works efficiently, and genuinely enjoys being productive.

About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who loves working with their hands and enjoys seeing tangible results at the end of each day.

You'll be responsible for making our handmade collars, leads and accessories while maintaining the high quality our customers know and love.

We're looking for someone who works with purpose and efficiency, enjoys staying busy, learns quickly, and takes ownership of their work without needing constant direction.

What You'll Be Doing

Handmaking dog collars, leads and accessories
Measuring, cutting and assembling products
Applying vinyl and personalisation
Quality checking every order before packing
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Helping improve our production processes
Working efficiently without compromising quality

The Type of Person We're Looking For

You are someone who:

Works efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
has experience in crafty work (sewing, handmaking goods, jewerelly making etc)
Is confident making decisions without constantly second-guessing yourself
Enjoys practical, hands-on work
Is organised and takes pride in keeping your workspace tidy
Learns quickly and enjoys improving your skills
Can work independently while following established systems
Looks for better, smarter ways to do things
Is reliable, proactive and takes genuine pride in producing high-quality work
