Discovery Parks – Kununurra is the only park on the edge of the lake, with diverse accommodation from luxury cabins to simple camping sites. This is the gateway to some of Western Australia’s most remarkable natural attractions.

The Role

We are seeking a Front Office Supervisor and Receptionists to be the welcoming face of our park. Your duties include but are not limited to:

Providing a high standard of customer service
Processing guest check-ins and outs
Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
Supply guests information regarding property and local areas of interest
Completing the day-to-day office administration
Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests
Supervising front office staff, including training, rostering, and performance monitoring

What we look for

To be successful in this role you will have:

Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experience
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
Current drivers licence essential
