Our Customer Service team is the front line of Cement Australia, the friendly, knowledgeable voice our customer’s trust. Whether you’re answering calls or responding to emails, you play a pivotal role in order processing, issue resolution, and keeping things moving. We see this role as the glue between our customers and the broader logistics team, and a truly valued part of our business.
Your Opportunity
You’ll be based in our Pinkenba office, working closely with a team of Customer Service Officers to deliver a seamless customer experience. Together, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Process orders and monitor delivery progress
- Investigate and resolve customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Proactively communicate with customers around transport delays or product availability
- Collaborate with the wider logistics team and contribute ideas on how we can continually improve

What You’ll Bring
You are someone who thrives in your typical fast-paced, customer-focused environment and loves getting things done right. You also bring:
- Experience in a phone/email-based customer service or contact centre role
- Confidence handling high-volume order processing with accuracy and care
- Clear, professional communication and great problem-solving skills
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to build internal and external relationships
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP would be a plus
- Experience in logistics, transport or industrial sectors (advantageous)
