Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Handle check ins, check outs, and guest transactions accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and Maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and guest requests are actioned.
Manage reservations, updates, and guest messages in a timely and organised manner.
Communicate guest feedback or issues to management and follow up where required.
Maintain strong knowledge of hotel services, room rates, packages, and local area information.
Complete opening/closing duties and support telephony and back office tasks when needed.

What You’ll Bring

Strong customer service skills with a warm, guest focused approach.
Experience in front office or a similar customer facing role (hotel experience ideal).
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
A positive, team oriented attitude aligned with values of empowerment, innovation, and community.
Reliability, professionalism, and confidence in handling guest enquiries and transactions.
Flexibility to learn, adapt, and contribute to a high performing front office team
