Junior Accessory Fitter / Workshop Assistant

HSP 4x4 is one of Australia's leading manufacturers of premium ute accessories, supplying products to major automotive brands, dealerships and thousands of customers across Australia and overseas.

We're looking for a motivated, reliable and hands-on Junior Accessory Fitter / Workshop Assistant to join our growing team. No previous fitting experience is required; we'll provide full training to the right person.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a positive attitude and wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

What You'll Be Doing

Assisting experienced accessory fitters with vehicle installations.
Preparing vehicles for fitment.
Installing premium ute accessories as your skills develop.
Using hand and power tools safely.
Keeping the workshop clean, organised and efficient.
Learning our products, procedures and quality standards.
Working as part of a supportive team to deliver outstanding customer service.

What We're Looking For

18 years of age or older.
A genuine interest in cars, 4WDs or the automotive industry.
Mechanically minded with good practical skills.
Reliable, punctual and eager to learn.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Able to follow instructions and work safely.
Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
Current Australian driver's licence is preferred.

Advantageous but Not Essential

Experience using hand or power tools.
Previous workshop, warehouse or trade assistant experience.
Basic computer skills.
