AMS Are Expanding Their Workforce

Looking for a stable, long term role where hard work is recognised and every day keeps you busy?

Australasian Mining Services (AMS) is a leading supplier of drilling consumables and equipment to the mining and exploration industry across Australia. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and dependable Store Person & Driver to join our Forrestfield warehouse team.

This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing the job properly, and can be relied upon to show up, work hard, and contribute to the team every day.

About the Role

You will play a key role in our warehouse operations, ensuring products are received, stored, and delivered accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities include:

Deliveries and pickups throughout the Perth metropolitan area.
Loading and unloading vehicles using a forklift.
Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders.
Receiving incoming stock and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Assisting with warehouse organisation and housekeeping.
Completing delivery paperwork and warehouse documentation.
Working closely with suppliers, transport providers, and team members.

Enjoys hands on, physical work and being active throughout the day.
Can work efficiently without constant supervision.
Takes safety seriously and follows procedures.
Works well as part of a team and has a positive attitude.

Essential Requirements:

Current Driver's Licence.
Current Forklift Licence.
Ability to perform regular manual handling tasks.

Desirable:

HR Licence.
Previous warehouse, transport, logistics, or stores experience.
