As a company driven by innovation, safety, and strong partnerships, we’re looking for a highly experienced Electrical Estimator to join our growing team and play a key role in our continued success.

The Opportunity: Design & Construct Electrical Estimator

As an Estimator, you’ll lead the charge in preparing detailed and competitive Design & Construct tenders for major commercial and industrial electrical projects ranging from $500K to $10M.

What You’ll Be Doing

Review and interpret project documentation, plans, and specifications to define scope
Collaborate with the Design Team and external engineers to assess load demands and cable sizing
Develop infrastructure, switchboards, Distribution Boards, and final sub-circuit designs
Ensure compliance with lighting and emergency lighting standards
Evaluate timelines, site risks, and client-specific requirements
Prepare accurate cost estimates for labour, materials, and equipment using SimPRO, GroundPlan, AGI-32, and MS Office
Source competitive quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
Align tender strategies with the Design Manager and ECI Manager
Attend site visits and pre-construction meetings
Ensure all submissions comply with Australian codes, client specs, and safety regulations
Maintain detailed records of estimates, changes, and communications

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience estimating commercial projects from $500K–$10M
Electrical trade qualification or degree in Electrical Engineering
Expertise in SimPRO, GroundPlan, AGI-32, and Microsoft Office
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team environment
Construction White Card and a current Australian driver’s licence
