About the Role
Join our caring and committed aged care teams across Horsham (Kurronjong Lodge & Wimmera Nursing home), Dimboola, Edenhope, and Stawell. You’ll deliver quality, resident-focused care while enjoying a regional lifestyle and opportunities for growth. Flexible hours available with the option to take on more as positions open.
- Work under Registered Nurse supervision
- Deliver holistic, person-centred care
- Support daily operations of the Care Community
- Contribute to service quality and improvement
- Build skills with ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver safe, high-quality nursing care
- Collaborate with Registered Nurse and care team
- Assist residents to achieve health and wellbeing goals
- Maintain accurate care plans and documentation
- Support quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Promote a positive and inclusive care environment
Skills & Experience
- Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Sound clinical skills suited to role scope
- Commitment to continuous professional growth
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2028. The classification is Enrolled Nurse Grade 2 (IB68 - IB72) which ranges from $38.13 - $40.57 per hour.

All appointments are subject to a satisfactory police records check, immunisation clearance and Working with Children check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
