The Role
Best & Less has an opportunity for a Part-Time Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Treendale store. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who is available to work 30-38 hours throughout the week, Thursday evenings and weekends.
As an integral member of the Treendale 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!
What you'll be doing
- Creating a passionate and unique shopping experience for our customers,
- Together with your team create the 'Bestie' culture in store. Bringing it to life through an environment of fun and team work.
- Drive for results, exceeding sales and profit for the store.
- Ensuring the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished.
- Creative VM presentation of the store from door to floor.
We're a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment where no two days are the same! Our team members, known as our Besties, are at the heart of everything we do, delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
What you'll bring
- 1-2 years experience in retail
- Availability required across weekdays, Thursday nights, and weekends
- Passionate about the customer experience
- Have a positive attitude
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Available to work flexible hours during the day throughout the week
- Desire to develop your career in retail
This role is active and hands-on, with Besties spending most of their shift on their feet, assisting customers, restocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best. You'll need to be adaptable, ready to switch between tasks quickly, and comfortable working in a busy, high-energy setting.
