Here in Kiewa , we’re part of a strong local farming community, supporting dairy, beef, sheep, and lifestyle customers with a wide range of products—from fertiliser and farm supplies to expert agronomy advice. Our store plays an important role in helping local farmers and landowners keep their operations running smoothly.
About the role
We’re looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our friendly, close-knit Kiewa team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same.
- Provide great customer service and help customers with product and pricing enquiries
- Process sales through the register (POS)
- Support with store presentation and merchandising displays
- Receive and unpack deliveries
- Assist with basic administrative and banking tasks
About you
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people and has a practical, can-do attitude.
- Experience in retail, customer service, admin, or a similar role
- Confidence using computers (e.g. MS Office, basic systems)
- A friendly, approachable style with a focus on helping customers
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, plus occasional Saturday
- Experience with stock control (nice to have, but not essential)
