Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support our management team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage both administrative and personal support tasks.

Requirements:

Provide high-level administrative and personal assistance to management
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and appointments
Purchase goods and services as directed
Organise meetings, manage calendars, and schedule commitments
Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records (including Xero)
Assist with general office administration and operational coordination
Undertake any other reasonable administrative or related duties as directed
