Silver Oak Cleaning is a professional residential cleaning company known for delivering exceptional service and maintaining a supportive, positive team environment. Due to continued growth, we are looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team across Melbourne.

If you take pride in your work, enjoy creating clean and welcoming homes for clients, and are looking for flexible, consistent employment, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality residential cleaning services, including:

General house cleaning
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising
Cleaning kitchens, including stovetops, cupboards, and appliances
Deep cleaning bathrooms, including showers, toilets, tiles, and grout
Cleaning windows, frames, and flyscreens
Removing marks from walls and skirting boards
Completing occasional deep-cleaning tasks

What We Offer

Casual or contract base employment with flexible working arrangements
$34–$40 per hour, depending on experience and performance
12% superannuation paid on top of your hourly rate
Travel allowance available for high-performing team members
Paid training and ongoing support
Consistent weekly work available
10–40 hours per week
Most work scheduled between 9:00am and 4:00pm
Fortnightly pay

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

A valid driver's licence
A reliable and insured vehicle
The ability to travel between client homes across Melbourne
A current Police Check or willingness to obtain one
Strong attention to detail
A reliable and professional work ethic
Good communication skills

Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but is not essential. We provide full training for the right candidates.
