National Dental Care is seeking a dynamic and highly-organised Dental Assistant to assist the team in our modern Gladstone (Located inside the Windmill Centre).

About the Role

As a Dental Assistant in our thriving NDC Gladstone practice, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Skills & Experience

You have:

Proven prior experience as a Dental Assistant
Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - desirable

You are:

Flexible with days and hours of work
Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
Positive and enthusiastic with a desire to work alongside a passionate and high-performing team
An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
