As a Casual Sales Assistant at Waurn Ponds, you’ll help create an unforgettable in store experience. You will:

Bring genuine, enthusiastic customer engagement that makes people feel welcome and inspired.
Dive into product knowledge — from technical features to sustainability stories — so you can recommend gear with confidence.
Spot customer needs early and go the extra mile to deliver standout service.
Keep the store looking sharp through tidy displays, stock replenishment, and consistent visual standards.
