Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a medical receptionist/administrator for a medical and dental practice in Narre Warren South. The successful applicant will have a flexible attitude to work and be a good team player. This is a casual position, 2-3 days a week. Hours are 9.00am to 5.00 pm weekdays and 9am-1pm on Saturdays. Shift may vary according to clinic times.

Key responsibilities will include:

Scheduling patient appointments

Answering telephone calls & assisting patients with their queries

Billing and receipting patients

Daily / General administrative duties including scanning, emailing, etc.

Skills and Experience

Knowledge of Best Practice (preferable) or Dentally although training will be provided

Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

Ability to multitask and show initiative

The priorities of the position are:
-Previous medical or dental reception experience would be highly regarded

-Mandarin speaking

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
