The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, motivated and passionate Skin Therapist / Dermal Therapist to join our growing team.
This is a part-time position paid at casual rates, offering approximately 15–20 hours per week initially, with the opportunity to increase hours for the right candidate as the clinic continues to grow.
This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working independently, building long-term client relationships, and delivering outstanding treatment outcomes.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy
- Recognised Dermal Qualification (Bachelor, Advanced Diploma or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience working in a skin clinic, aesthetic clinic or beauty salon
- Australian work rights and eligibility to work in Australia
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
Experience Required
Applicants must have experience with:
- Skin consultations and treatment planning
- Facial treatments
- LED light therapy
- Skin analysis and client education
- Homecare and skincare recommendations
- Client retention and rebooking
- Customer service and client relationship management
- Maintaining high clinical and treatment room standards
Experience with advanced skin treatments will be highly regarded.

Availability Required
- Thursday late-night availability (until 7:00pm)
- Availability for alternating Saturdays
This role is ideal for a therapist seeking a long-term opportunity within a growing clinic, with the ability to build a loyal client base and increase their hours over time.
Please Note
Only applicants with previous hands-on clinic experience in skin treatments, consultations and client care will be considered.
Training will be provided; however, applicants must have prior experience performing skin treatments and consultations.
