Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) based in Brisbane / Newstead

Most Exercise Physiology roles hand you an empty room and tell you to “build your own caseload.”

We do things differently.

At Dane Larsen Exercise Physiology, we provide the systems, mentorship, and client pipeline so you can focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional outcomes.

Based in Newstead, Brisbane, inside one of Australia’s leading gym and wellness spaces, we are a clinical Exercise Physiology practice working with people who feel let down by the healthcare system - clients who have seen multiple practitioners and are still searching for answers.

Our mission is simple: help people heal by giving them the tools, knowledge, and confidence to take ownership of their health.

We believe in creating agency, not dependency.

As our EP division grows, we’re looking for an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join the team.

Why this role is different:
You won’t be left wondering where your next client is coming from.

We have a dedicated marketing engine working behind the scenes to help fill your books, alongside established referral pathways including DVA, NDIS, WorkCover, GP, and Medicare referrals.

That means you spend less time chasing leads and more time doing great clinical work.

Structured mentorship:

You’ll receive direct supervision, regular case review, and mentorship from Dane Larsen — a senior EP with 16+ years of experience, ASCA Level II accreditation, and ESSAM recognition.

This isn’t passive shadowing when someone has time.

This is a structured development pathway designed to accelerate your clinical growth. You’ll gain exposure to leading national and international coaches, clinicians, and performance specialists.

You’ll also work with advanced tools most clinics don’t have access to, including:

Full VALD assessment suite
Proprietary clinical systems and platforms
High-performance testing and rehab technologies

This means less admin, better insights, and more effective coaching.
