Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Pastry Chef & Pastry Cook. You must be a team player who is highly motivated, dedicated and have demonstrated experience in the role you are applying for. You will be responsible for: assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with all aspects of kitchen operations, preparing and baking breads, preparing and plating desserts in accordance with the existing menu, general pastry work, decorating cakes and baked goods according to requirements, chocolate work, operating baking equipment, assisting in the development of menu ideas, inspect the quality of the ingredients and measure them for specific recipes, cleaning equipment and utensils and maintaining your section in a clean and tidy order. These positions are available to commence as soon as possible.
