Pearl Home Care offers the best in professional and affordable in-home aged and disability care so that you or your loved one can continue living comfortably and independently at home. We are Australia’s most trusted home care professionals, with a national network of qualified and friendly care providers who offer home health care, education and support to aged care participants.

We currently have multiple positions available for Support Workers and Cleaners who are passionate about providing high quality care to our aged care clients across the Central Coast suburbs of Erina, Gosford, Terrigal, Umina Beach, The Entrance, Killarney Vale. We are also expanding into the Lake Macquarie area.

Employment status: Casual with a view to permanent part-time for suitable candidates.

Duties and responsibilities:

Domestic assistance: assist with domestic cleaning, meal preparation, laundry etc
Social support: assist with transportation for appointments, shopping and outings
Personal care: assist with showering, toileting, transferring, incontinence care, feeding and assist with mobility and physical exercise etc.
Medication prompting and supervision
Companionship and dementia care

Selection criteria:

The successful candidates should possess but not limited to the following:

Certificate III in Aged Care / Certificate IV in Home and Community Care or equivalent, or working towards it
Current driver’s license, own vehicle and insured
Police Check conducted within the last 3 months
