We are searching for high-achieving HSC Biology tutors who lived the journey first-hand and absolutely crushed it. This is your ultimate chance to step up as a relatable mentor, grow as a leader, and pass your winning academic strategies on to the next generation of high achievers.

We’re currently hiring across two tutor roles: Tutors (focused on live group class delivery) and Assistant Tutors (focused on personalized 1:1 student support).

What You Will Do

Teach – Guide groups of students through content and problem-solving.
Coach – Motivate students to engage deeply with content and build confidence.
Mentor – Share your own study journey and provide relatable advice.
Connect – Build genuine relationships with students and families.

What You Will Bring

HSC completion with 99+ ATAR and a Band 6 or E4 result in HSC Biology (Year 11-12).
First-year university level knowledge or above in Biology.
Prior tutoring or teaching experience (preferred, but not essential).
Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Energy, empathy, independence, and a proactive mindset.
A full academic year commitment with minimum 10 hours of weekly commitment.
Ability to work at our campuses.
Alignment with Contour’s mission (non-compete agreement required).
A genuine passion for helping students succeed.
