2-3 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Comfort with HR tech (Rippling, ATS) and AI hiring tools.

Independent, proactive, and energised by a fast-paced environment.

Tech-savvy, systems-minded, and hungry to experiment.

Availability to start August/September and see the contract through to February.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psych, or related field desirable.
