Full Job Description

Flintwood Disability Services is seeking an organised and proactive HR Administrator to support the delivery of effective HR and compliance processes across the organisation.

This position requires a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records and build positive working relationships with employees and stakeholders. You will collaborate with leaders, managers and employees to support employee experience and operational compliance.

Responsibilities

Provide HR administrative support including employee records management, documentation and employment changes
Manage HR systems and employee databases, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the HRIS
Oversee training and compliance administration, keeping systems and records current
Respond to employee and manager enquiries and provide first-line support for HR matters
Maintain compliance and employee records, ensuring certification requirements are tracked and monitored
Prepare HR and compliance documentation, reports, letters and correspondence
Support recruitment administration and employee lifecycle activities
Assist with compliance tracking, audits, reporting requirements and workforce documentation
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities

Qualifications

Certificate IV in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience in high-volume HR administration
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Proficiency with HR systems, such as Employment Hero
Proficiency with learning management systems, such as TalentLMS
