Join our team as a CAR-T Coordinator and play a pivotal role in supporting patients through every stage of their CAR-T therapy journey.

About the Role

You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH). It is one of the nation’s most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history of serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities. Our facilities and services are world class and our staff are dedicated, innovative and caring.

This key non-clinical role provides comprehensive administrative coordination and patient navigation for individuals undergoing Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy. Working closely with multidisciplinary clinical teams, cellular therapy laboratories and external partners, you will coordinate referrals, appointments, scheduling, data management and patient communications to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing complex processes within a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will contribute to the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of CAR-T services while ensuring compliance with clinical, regulatory, and organisational requirements.

Ideal Candidate

Relevant tertiary qualification in health administration, health management and/or equivalent demonstrated experience in a healthcare setting.
Experience in complex healthcare administration or coordination roles.
Highly developed organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
