About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to develop their administrative skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

What You'll Do:

Provide general administrative support to the team, including mail handling and banking tasks
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Manage filing, scanning, and document control processes
Filing, scanning, and document management
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Support scheduling, appointments, and calendar management
Maintain office supplies and assist with ordering as required
Maintaining and updating office registers including staff, keys, inspections, uniforms
Provide customer service support and sales support
General duties to support Managers
Support team by working on a Saturday rotation roster

What You'll Bring:

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
