About the Opportunity
We are seeking dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join us at Culcairn. Where you will be delivering high-quality, patient-centred care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Build and strengthen your clinical skills, while working in a dynamic rural setting where you never know what will walk through the door. Supporting every stage in life, you’ll assess patient/residents needs, implement care plans, and partner with patients, carers, and the multidisciplinary team to provide safe, effective care.

About You
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA
- Exceptional Patient/Resident Care: Aligning to policy and working within your scope of practice to assess, plan, implement and deliver comprehensive care plans that reflect the identified needs and goals of the patient.
- Critical Thinking: Identify and develop safe and effective strategies to improve practice and patient safety.
- Communication and Teamwork: Maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, patients, carers and families.
