About the Role
We’re seeking caring and reliable Part Time Aged Care Support Workers to provide in-home support to our elderly clients across Ipswich and surrounding suburbs. You’ll help clients maintain their independence while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care such as showering, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Support with daily living activities including cleaning, laundry & meal preparation
- Deliver companionship and social support
- Assist with community access, shopping, and appointments
- Follow individual care plans and complete required documentation
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every client
About You
- Warm, patient and genuinely passionate about helping others
- Reliable, professional, and able to work autonomously
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible with availability for casual shifts
Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or equivalent
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Police check or NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Driver’s licence and reliable insured vehicle
- COVID-19 vaccination (desirable)
