Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can build practical skills and a long-term career in manufacturing?

Join our G. James QLD Glass Operations, located in Eagle Farm, and learn the glass production process from the ground up with full training provided.
We’re looking for a motivated individual who enjoys physical, practical work and wants to be part of a stable, respected, Australian family-owned business.

The Role
In this role, you’ll work across a variety of production areas within our glass processing facility. Duties may include:

Hands‑on work supporting daily factory processes
Handling and moving glass safely
Supporting loading/unloading trucks
Learning multiple production tasks with training provided
Supporting a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

This is a great opportunity to develop technical skills and gain experience in a specialist field.

About You

Previous experience in a factory, production, or warehouse environment (glass experience highly regarded but not essential)
Manual handling experience and a commitment to safe work practices
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
High attention to safety, efficiency, and accuracy in all tasks
Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and develop new skills
