PRP Diagnostic Imaging offers a comprehensive range of imaging services, through a network of 40 practices across Sydney, Illawarra, Central Coast and the Hunter and Central West. About the Position

This is a casual opportunity working across our Shellharbour and Wollongong practices. In this critical patient facing position, you will be responsible for managing the important first contact in person and over the phone. You will provide exceptional customer service and administration. You will ensure that all information that is data entered and reviewed is accurate and work closely with our medical teams to ensure the smooth transition of patients from reception to their procedure. You will complete all billing and invoicing for our patients, liaise with referring doctors and operate our booking system.

About You

You must have outstanding customer services with excellent interpersonal skills particularly with requires to empathy and compassion. You will be knowledgeable in MS Office with the demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all circumstances. You must have the ability to prioritise your workload and be able to multi-task in busy environment. You will have the ability to work as part of a cohesive team and work autonomously. You will be ambitious and thrive in an environment where you will be challenged. You will be given the opportunity to grow your career and rewarded for great performance. Experience in the patient facing position in the medical industry advantegous, but no essential.
