The Reef House Adults Retreat has a great team delivering the highest levels of guest service with exemplary attention to detail.

The Reef House and Spa is the most iconic Colonial Style Beach House in Queensland. We are renowned for our personalised service in a truly relaxed setting offering tranquillity, ambience and boutique luxury.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Chef De Partie to deliver the highest levels of customer service and meal quality in our award winning Reef House Restaurant. Our Restaurant has a reputation for excellence and you may have the opportunity to be a part of this winning combination. Our customer service goal is to create bespoke memorable Reef House experiences, something which cannot be created elsewhere.

At the Reef House we value one's ability to be self-motivated, be energetic and have a strong understanding of the quality required to ensure we deliver on our commitment.

This role will allow you to flourish and grow within a team of like-minded dynamic professionals.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Cooking on the line creating food you will be proud of
Ensuring a seamless and efficient kitchen service, focusing on product quality
Ensure compliance to Workplace Health and Safety, and Hygiene standards
Impress and WOW our customers so they feel like they are treated like a celebrity

Skills and experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead by example
The drive to consistently deliver the very best
1-2 years' experience in a similar capacity
Exceptional culinary expertise coupled with a strong training ability
Relevant Diploma qualification in Kitchen Management
