About the role

We're seeking enthusiastic and motivated Administration Officers to join our At Home Aged Care team. We currently have a part-time, 12-month fixed-term opportunity available, working 4 days per week.

This role plays a vital part in supporting the delivery of services across Victoria, including Support at Home (SAH) packages and more than 500 Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) clients, helping ensure older Australians receive high-quality care and support in their homes.

Key responsibilities:

Provide administrative support across SAH and CHSP programs
Reconcile and process invoices accurately
Respond to queries via phone and email
Support package reconciliation and upgrades
High-volume data entry and record management
Prepare monthly reports and documentation

About you

Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or relevant experience
High proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and accounting software (an advantage)
Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
Experience with Aged Care clients and Home Care Packages
Familiarity with Carelink or similar software
Satisfactory completion of a National Criminal Records Check
