We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our bakery production team. If you enjoy staying busy, take pride in keeping a clean and organised workspace, and love being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a full-time position with no weekend work, making it ideal for someone looking for consistent weekday hours in a growing Australian bakery.
Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Full-time
- No weekends
Your responsibilities
- Wash baking trays, baking trolleys and bakery equipment
- Clean bakery boxes and maintain a clean production environment
- Refill ingredients and production supplies throughout the day
- Rotate stock using FIFO procedures
- Assist with packing freshly baked cookies
- Assist with rolling cookie dough and general cookie production
- Support the bakery team with day-to-day production tasks
- General cleaning and housekeeping duties

No previous experience is required. Full training will be provided- we're looking for someone with the right attitude who is eager to learn.
Peak trading periods
As a food manufacturing business, all team members are expected to be available during our busiest seasons:
- Easter
- Winter (June–September)
- Christmas
Location
Our bakery is currently located in Silverwater, NSW.
Towards the end of 2026, we'll be relocating to our new production facility in Chullora, NSW as part of our continued growth. Successful applicants will begin working in Silverwater before transitioning with the team to Chullora, so applicants should be comfortable travelling to both locations.
Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
