Register your interest for non-ongoing APS 4 and APS 5 Executive Assistant opportunities
Various locations in ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC & WA
From $84,028 - $99,307 (plus 15.4% superannuation)

Provide executive and administrative support to senior leaders in the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).

Executive assistant

Be the first point of contact in a senior executive’s office. As a skilled communicator, you’ll build rapport and deliver a great client experience. You could:

manage diaries and competing commitments and deadlines
arrange briefings and events
assist with budget management
coordinate travel
support teams with administrative needs.

Your duties will vary, depending on your area and the needs of your senior executive manager.

To perform your best as an executive assistant, we offer training and support opportunities like:

support from a dedicated Executive Assistant Relationship Manager when you start
ongoing guidance and support from an experienced buddy or mentor
networking opportunities to create professional connections
