Spanion's Kebabs is growing, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing and help us build a brand people know, love and want to talk about.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves hospitality, food and fast-moving brands. You’ll be responsible for bringing our marketing together across digital, social, local store activity, campaigns, partnerships and brand – with a clear focus on growing awareness, increasing customer engagement and driving sales.
We’re not looking for someone who just wants to write strategies and hand them over. We want someone who can see the opportunity, build the plan and make it happen.
What you'll be doing
You’ll own the day-to-day marketing function across Spanion's, including:
- Developing and delivering the overall marketing strategy and calendar
- Managing social media and digital marketing across key channels
- Creating campaigns that drive traffic, engagement and sales
- Planning and executing local store marketing initiatives
- Supporting new store openings, launches, promotions and events
- Managing paid digital campaigns and working with external agencies and suppliers where required
- Identifying partnerships, collaborations and community opportunities
- Overseeing content creation, photography, video and creative assets
- Ensuring the Spanion's brand is consistent across stores, digital channels and customer touchpoints
- Managing email, database and customer marketing initiatives
- Tracking campaign performance and using insights to continuously improve results
- Working closely with the leadership and operations teams to identify opportunities to grow the business
What we're looking for
You’ll be someone who is creative and commercially minded, someone who understands that great marketing needs to look good, feel right and deliver results.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- Previous experience in a Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar role
- Experience within hospitality, QSR, food, retail or another consumer-facing brand
- Strong digital and social media marketing experience
- An understanding of paid media and performance marketing
- Great content instincts and a strong eye for brand
- The ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities at once
- Confidence working independently and taking ownership of the marketing function
- A practical, proactive approach – you’re happy to roll up your sleeves and get things done
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A genuine understanding of what makes customers engage with a brand
