The Opportunity
Casual Positions are available with the possibility to transition into permanent part-time in the future.
Crowley is looking for Care Workers to do what they do best; provide quality care services to our residents in a way that makes customers continue their day with a smile. Simple.
Hourly rate of pay: $36.09 (Perm Base Hourly Rate excluding shift penalties), greater than 500 hours experience.

About You
Successful applicants will have:
- A Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care or willing to complete an on-the-job traineeship (hourly wage will be adjusted accordingly for a traineeship)
- A kind heart and genuine interest in helping older persons
- A commitment to quality care and service
- Be reliable, adaptable, accountable
- Act with humility, integrity, respect, understanding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A desire to work as part of a dynamic and flexible team
