What you’ll bring to the mix

A formal baking qualification or industry equivalent.
Previous work experience in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Champion food safety and hygiene, keeping every station spotless, organised, and audit-ready.
Support and lead your team, building a culture of wellbeing, resilience, and shared success.

Thrive under pressure, confidently handling the pace, physical demands, and tight timelines of a busy bakery.
