The Position

We are seeking an efficient and highly motivated Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team. This role is being offered on a part time basis – 16 hours per week within our pharmacy. If you enjoy all aspects of customer interaction and counselling clients, then this could be the ideal opportunity for you. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our current team of experienced pharmacists and dispensary technicians providing superior service to our customers ensuring all medication is dispensed accurately and in a timely manner.

The Person

Strong emphasis will be placed on the applicant’s ability to demonstrate the organisations CORE values – Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment, as well as their ability to commit to and apply these values in the workplace.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, please submit a cover letter and detailed resume outlining how you meet the organisations values and the following key selection criteria:

Evidence of tertiary qualifications and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Minimum of 12 months experience (post intern)

High level communication and time management skills

Positive attitude and a passion for outstanding customer service

Demonstrated high level of computer literacy including dispensary software (FRED desirable)

Display a high level of clinical knowledge

It is a requirement that a current Police Check (issued within last 6 months) is provided as part of the pre-employment documentation.
