We work across diverse industries including construction, manufacturing, mining, and steel, delivering safe and high-quality results for our clients. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a skilled Site Fitter to join us.

The Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Fitter to support site-based projects. This is a hands-on role suited to tradespeople who take pride in their workmanship, work safely, and enjoy variety in their day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Installing, assembling, and fitting mechanical and structural components on site.
Assisting with plant installation, shutdowns, and maintenance activities.
Reading and interpreting drawings, plans, and job specifications.
Using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment safely and efficiently.
Working in coordination with riggers, crane crews, and other trades.
Identifying and reporting defects, issues, or improvement opportunities.
Following all WHS policies and maintaining safe work practices at all times.

About You

Trade qualification as a Fitter and Machinist, Mechanical Fitter, or equivalent.
Experience working on industrial or construction sites.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work as part of a team in workshop and site environments.
Physically fit and safety-focused.
Forklift licence, HR truck licence, EWP, or additional high-risk tickets highly regarded.
Positive, can-do attitude with flexibility to support a variety of projects.
