Chef de Partie

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at North Beach Pavilion and Bulli Beach Cafe, some of the South Coast’s most iconic beachfront venues. This is a role perfect for a chef seeking work-life balance while still delivering high-quality, vibrant food in a fast-paced, supportive kitchen.

You’ll Need To:

Have proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up

Be available to work weekends and public holidays (essential)

Take pride in presentation, preparation, and cleanliness
Show leadership qualities and a willingness to grow into a more senior position
