Role Details

Routes: Collecting from our Customer network delivering to Visy sites in Brisbane and Gold Coast.

Locations: Based out of Gibson Island Depot.

Hours: AM 2am-5 start 10-12hour shifts 5 days per week (optional saturday work)

What you'll do

Operating Heavy Rigid waste collection vehicles performing collections of Recyclable materials from our network of Customers, throughout Greater Brisbane and Gold Coast.
Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and compliant.\
Ensure timely and efficient collections and delivery of materials, maintaining adherence to schedules.
Accurately complete in-cab electronic reporting systems and other required documentation.
Comply with all company/site policies and state and national transport regulations, including Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility laws.

What You Will Bring

A valid HR Licence with minimum of 2 years’ recent Australian driving experience.
Provide a full 5-year demerit point history report.
Excellent communication, time management skills and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
A comprehensive understanding of road, fatigue, and load restraint laws.
Pride in the presentation and maintenance of trucks and equipment.
