Full Job Description

A1 Auto Styling is a fast-moving, high-standard detailing business. We work on everything from daily drivers to high-end/luxury vehicles, and we’re building something serious — young team, hungry mindset, and quality is non-negotiable.

The Role

You’ll be completing interior and exterior details, maintenance refreshes, and helping with higher-end services as you grow (paint enhancement, decontamination, coatings support). Some days are mobile, some are in-shop — we move fast and stay organised.

Responsibilities

High-quality interior detailing (vacuum, wipe-downs, plastics/leather, glass)
Exterior washing (safe wash methods, wheels/tyres, drying, finishing touches)
Decontamination work (bug/tar removal, clay when required)
Maintaining a clean, professional workspace/van setup
Communicating professionally with clients when needed
Working efficiently while maintaining a luxury-level finish

What We’re Looking For

Reliable (shows up on time, every time)
Young & hungry attitude — you actually want to work and improve
High attention to detail and pride in your work
Able to work in a fast-paced environment without cutting corners
Fit and comfortable working on your feet
Driver’s licence required (manual a bonus)
Experience in detailing is a plus, but we’ll train the right person with the right attitude

Bonus Points If You Have

Previous detailing/automotive experience
Machine polishing knowledge (or keen to learn)
Great time management and can work independently
Interest in cars / high-end finishes
