Full Job Description

Your day to day

Food Preparation and Cooking:

Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality and consistent standards

are met.

Follow recipes, portion control guidelines, and food presentation standards to deliver exceptional dining

experiences.

Handle food items with care, maintaining the highest level of hygiene and safety protocols.
Monitor and manage food stock levels, ensuring adequate supplies for daily operations.

Kitchen Operations:

Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to plan and organize daily kitchen activities.
Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food items, equipment,

and utensils.

Assist in the efficient coordination of food orders, ensuring timely delivery and minimal wastage.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.

Menu Development:

Contribute to menu planning and development, offering creative ideas for new dishes and culinary

concepts.

Stay updated with current food trends, exploring innovative ingredients and cooking techniques.
Assist in recipe testing and menu costing, ensuring profitability without compromising on quality.

Guest Satisfaction:

Maintain a customer-centric approach, striving to exceed guest expectations and deliver exceptional dining

experiences.

Respond to guest inquiries and special requests promptly and professionally.
Seek feedback from guests and implement necessary improvements to enhance overall satisfaction
