Redcape Hospitality is looking for a Demi Chef to join the kitchen team at O’Donoghues in Emu Plains.

Working alongside experienced kitchen leaders, you’ll continue developing your skills in a fast-paced pub kitchen that values teamwork, consistency and quality.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and cook quality meals across multiple kitchen sections
Deliver consistent food quality and presentation during every service
Support busy lunch, dinner and function trade
Assist with food preparation, stock rotation and kitchen organisation
Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen compliance standards
Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Demi Chef, Commis Chef or Chef in a busy commercial kitchen
Confidence working across grill, pans and fryers during service
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery preferred
A positive attitude and genuine passion for cooking
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Availability across weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays
