About the Role
- Drive sales performance for off-the-plan residential projects.
- Apply your expertise in project marketing principles and off-plan sales strategies.
- Build strong relationships with a variety of buyers, including investors, owner-occupiers, downsizers, and first-home buyers.
- Understand client needs and provide customized sales solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to exchange, while nurturing client relationships.
- Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Proactively follow up on all leads, serving as a brand ambassador for both the projects and Kandeal Projects.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and lead activity to management.
- Contribute to a workplace that values high performance and promotes a healthy work-life balance.
About You
- You hold a valid Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.
- You have proven experience in project marketing and off-the-plan sales (required).

- You possess excellent communication and active listening skills, along with strong negotiation abilities.
- You have a track record of networking effectively and building lasting relationships with stakeholders.
- You are resilient, motivated, and driven, with a strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset.
- You have valid Australian work rights.
