We are on the lookout for an AMAZING PPT Assistant Store Manager to take our store in Williamstown to the next level! This is a part-time position offering 33 hours per week on a Sunday to Thursday roster.
Our Williamstown store has a great working atmosphere, with a small yet close knit team that works like a family. Your new manager is one that will support your growth and development, having been with our business for years! This DECJUBA store located on the corner of a busy café hub and has a loyal local customer base for you to build on and grow strong relationships with. This is an AMAZING store for you to start your journey with us as we value the promotion and development of our DREAMTEAM.

You’re passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
You have previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
You’re ready to join an employer that invests in the development of your leadership and management, with a mix of hands-on, in-store and virtual training.
You pride yourself on delivering AMAZING customer experiences with the support of our inspiring Regional Management team.
You work closely with your Store Manager to lead by example and create an inclusive, inspirational, and supportive environment (because we believe energy is contagious!)
