An opening is now available for a talented Graduate Accountant to join Autopact Victoria in our Epping Head Office. With proven experience in a similar role, we are looking for someone who can maintain accurate data and assist the Financial Controller with all general items.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assist with monthly reporting including month-end procedures, adjustment journals, and reconciliations.
- Assisting with reconciling monthly manufacturing accounts and payments.
- Assisting the Financial Controller on a day-to-day basis.
- Supporting Dealership managers.
- Daily Floorplan payments and reconciliations.
- Assisting in customer and staff refunds and finance payouts.
Skills and experience required:
- A recent Accounting tertiary qualification or related is essential.
- Proficient Excel skills are essential.
- Experience with Pentana ERA computer system will be an advantage, but not essential.
- General administration knowledge with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and phone manners.
- Enthusiastic team player
- Ability to multitask and prioritise urgent tasks.
- Computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
