An exciting opportunity awaits at Glenferrie Dental (part of Ikigai Group) as we continue to grow. We are a leading Implant and Cosmetic Dental practice, deeply committed to best practice and delivering exceptional patient care every day.

We’re looking for a mature, reliable and proactive Receptionist to join our team in Hawthorn. Our practice sits in the heart of one of Melbourne’s most vibrant and iconic precincts.

This is not your typical front desk role.

We don’t do rushed, transactional or impersonal interactions. We place a strong emphasis on warm, genuine service, where patients are welcomed, known, and treated with care. We value professionalism, but never at the expense of kindness or human connection and our team supports each other in the same way.

About the Role

Part-time (35+ hours per week), 4 days
7:45am - 5:30pm
Essential availability Tuesday – Friday
Full-time opportunity available for the right candidate

You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, both in person and over the phone. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, think ahead, and follow through consistently.

Reliability is essential. Our team depends on each other, and consistency allows us to deliver a seamless experience for our patients.
